We are seeking a **Senior Import and Export Analyst** to work at our manufacturing facility in **Jundiaí/SP**.
**Summary of Responsibilities**
End-to-end management of import and export processes in the industrial printing ink sector—from international supplier negotiations through delivery and customs clearance—ensuring compliance with Brazilian customs legislation. Responsible for international logistics planning; control and verification of trade documentation; customs tariff classification of goods; and leading customs clearance procedures with regulatory agencies. Conducts import cost analysis and management to optimize resources and reduce logistics expenses. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners, utilizing the TOTVS ERP system for process control, report generation, and performance indicator tracking.
**Responsibilities and Roles**
* Manage import processes from negotiation through customs clearance.
* Coordinate export operations to ensure compliance and meet deadlines.
* Classify goods according to NCM (Nomenclatura Comum do Mercosul) and customs legislation.
* Lead customs clearance procedures with customs brokers and regulatory agencies.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and approving authorities.
* Control and verify foreign trade documentation.
* Calculate and analyze import costs with optimization objectives.
* Negotiate commercial terms based on **Incoterms**.
* Plan and monitor international logistics (air and sea freight).
* Use TOTVS ERP for process control, reporting, and performance indicator monitoring.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Prior experience in import and export processes.
* Knowledge of Brazilian customs legislation and special regimes (e.g., Drawback, Temporary Admission).
* Experience in customs tariff classification of goods (NCM).
* Proficiency in customs clearance routines and engagement with approving authorities.
* Familiarity with Incoterms and international negotiation.
* Experience in international logistics planning (air and sea modes).
* Experience with TOTVS ERP, preferably EIC module.
* Knowledge of import cost calculation (taxes and logistics expenses).
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Advanced English proficiency.
