Missions/Main Duties: * Develop, review, and approve geometric roadway design projects (railway, metro, highway, and/or LRT), ensuring compliance with national and international technical standards. * Perform geometric modeling and analysis, including horizontal and vertical alignments, typical cross-sections, and infrastructure element sizing. * Coordinate interfaces with related disciplines (pavement, drainage, structures, signaling, etc.). * Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering the development of junior professionals. * Actively contribute to defining technical solutions and report progress and challenges to project leadership. * Support preparation of technical proposals and critical analysis of scope of work documents. * Ensure adherence to established project quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
