Description
**About the Position**
We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our engineering team, working on the design, development, and evolution of high-quality, high-performance applications. The candidate will be responsible for translating complex business rules into clean, scalable code, ensuring consistent deliveries in a remote environment with technical autonomy.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop, implement, and maintain backend solutions using .NET, following architectural best practices and coding standards
* Analyze and detail business rules, mapping dependencies, data flows, and API contracts to ensure technical and functional compliance
* Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase and engineering culture
* Actively participate in agile ceremonies, aligning estimates, scope, and deliverables with technical and product stakeholders
* Document technical decisions (ADRs), integration flows, and quality criteria to ensure traceability and sustainable system evolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Practical expertise in the .NET ecosystem (C\#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, async/await)
* Solid experience developing RESTful APIs, consuming services, version control (Git), and relational and/or NoSQL databases
* Knowledge of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Ability to understand and implement complex business rules with a focus on quality, maintainability, performance, and continuous delivery
**Nice-to-Have**
* Practical experience with Node.js and the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
* Familiarity with .NET ecosystem libraries such as MediatR, Polly, MassTransit/Wolverine, Dapper
* Applied knowledge of Vertical Slice Architecture, CQRS, Resilience Policies, and Result Pattern
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Containers, observability practices (logging, monitoring, distributed tracing), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
