




Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and determined professional to join Point Thermic's commercial team, focused on active prospecting and industrial lead qualification. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on active prospecting with industrial sector companies 2. Lead qualification for the sales team 3. CRM and commercial intelligence management and updating **We are building Point Thermic's commercial function and seek a communicative, determined individual with genuine growth ambition.** · Conduct active prospecting (phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn) with industrial sector companies; · Identify business opportunities within: refineries, chemical industries, power plants, metallurgical plants, and companies requiring thermal treatment; · Qualify leads based on criteria such as: service need, urgency, application type, company structure, and contract potential; · Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team; · Populate and update the CRM with all interactions; · Follow up with leads who did not progress after initial contact; · Reduce no-shows (ensure client attendance at meetings); · Support organization of contact database and commercial intelligence; · Schedule, reschedule, or cancel commercial meetings per client alignment and sales team availability; · Record, update, and maintain information in the CRM system; · Define contact prioritization and organize the lead pipeline; · Conduct lead follow-ups, adhering to internal policies and commercial best practices; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.500,00 - R$4.861,09 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Active prospecting (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
