Responsibilities: * Assist in sampling activities following appropriate methodologies for potable water, wastewater, groundwater, soil and sediment collection, surface or deep water, and waste, in accordance with applicable standards and procedures; * Sort and organize supplies and equipment required for fieldwork; * Be available for travel when necessary, as scheduled by the department; * Use required tools and equipment to perform tasks, handling samples in accordance with appropriate procedures and utensils; * Ensure preservation of collected samples in compliance with current standards and procedures; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment used during sampling. Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical diploma (Environmental Science / Chemistry / Chemical Technology with active professional council registration); * Valid driver’s license. * Driving experience within the industry segment. * Relevant work experience in the industry segment for over one year. * Availability for travel. **Working at ALS** The ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.
