**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Customer communication via e\-mail, meetings/calls, and Teams;
* Cost estimation for products and margin analysis in collaboration with the Business Manager;
* Preparation and submission of commercial proposals based on Villares Metals’ production capabilities;
* Communication and interface with peer departments, such as Customer Care, PCP, Technology, International Trade, etc.;
* Potential customer visits offering opportunities to observe product applications;
* Order negotiations in collaboration with the Business Manager;
* Critical analysis of new orders and creation of material codes;
* Monitoring order entry and updating Sales Force.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration or Engineering;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Knowledge of SAP / Sales Force \- preferred;
* Advanced Excel proficiency;
* Power BI \- preferred;
* Prior experience in Sales Support for commercial teams.
