About the position: You will be responsible for evaluating returns received via courier, carefully verifying product characteristics (color, texture, cartridge, bottle, and fragrance) and ensuring correct routing of each item. You will work in constant interface with SAC, Logistics, and R.A. teams, ensuring agile, accurate, and well-documented handling. Key responsibilities: * Receive and evaluate product returns from couriers. * Verify product characteristics: color, texture, cartridge, bottle, and fragrance. * Register and route returns to the appropriate flow (rework, disposal, replenishment, etc., per internal policy). * Communicate\-clearly and concisely with SAC, Logistics, and R.A. departments for alignment and case resolution. **SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (temporary)** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
