Job Summary: Lead projects for the development and continuous improvement of cementitious products, including formulation design and laboratory test management, as well as cross-functional collaboration across departments. Interface with Marketing, Procurement, and Industrial departments **We count on you to** **Responsibilities:** * Lead new product development projects and continuous improvement initiatives for existing products; * Define formulations for cementitious products; * Manage laboratory test schedules and daily testing operations; * Support and guide the laboratory team (technicians and interns); * Interface with departments such as Marketing, Procurement, and Industrial; * Participate in technical meetings and standards discussion sessions. **Is this role right for you?** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in cementitious product development; * Hands-on experience in formulation (a significant advantage); * Knowledge of adhesive mortars will be considered a major advantage; * Advanced English proficiency; * Familiarity with SAP and/or laboratory management systems (an advantage).
