With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and implement new products, processes, and solutions according to the company's strategic planning. * Conduct laboratory tests, sensory analyses, and physicochemical evaluations to validate new products or processes. * Participate in continuous improvement projects for existing products and processes, aiming at cost reduction, quality enhancement, or introduction of innovations. * Prepare technical specifications, development reports, and mandatory documentation for new products. * Monitor industrial trials and support the production team in implementing new products/processes. * Conduct benchmarking, market trend research, and identify innovation opportunities in the food/protein market. * Interact with multidisciplinary teams (quality, production, sales, marketing, suppliers, among others). * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or related fields. * Previous experience in Research and Development, preferably in the food industry or protein sector. * Knowledge of product development, physicochemical and microbiological analyses, industrial processes, and sanitary regulations. * Project management methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency will be considered an advantage. * Teamwork skills, analytical mindset, creativity, and results orientation. **Additional information** * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * On-site Meal * Transportation * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Wellhub (Gympass) The leader in South American beef exports, Minerva Foods is more than a global company—we are a community of professionals driven by the purpose of "creating connections between people, food, and nature."
