Description
#### **Main responsibilities:**
Lead and coordinate all quality department activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Organize and maintain up-to-date all technical documentation required by health authorities, assuming responsibility for issuing
the ART (Technical Responsibility Record) and other legal obligations.
Monitor health inspections and provide clarifications to inspectors regarding hygiene, handling, and good practices routines, ensuring legal compliance.
Develop, review, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Practices Manuals,
ensuring their implementation across all production stages.
Ensure full compliance with state and federal sanitary regulations related to food safety and hygiene.
Assess the hygienic\-sanitary conditions of the industrial plant and determine mandatory corrective actions.
Supervise product traceability, ensuring complete records and compliance with legal standards.
Issue technical opinions and advise company management in cases of serious nonconformities.
Train and qualify teams on good handling, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Implement and monitor self-control routines related to hygiene, handling, and food preservation.
Coordinate hygiene, temperature, and waste control programs, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
Supervise cleaning and sanitization routines for facilities and equipment, focusing on food handling areas.
Validate hygienic\-sanitary conditions upon receipt of raw materials and inputs.
Monitor and validate production and quality control records, ensuring technical compliance.
Investigate deviations related to hygiene and food safety and determine mandatory corrective actions.
Coordinate with the GEP (People Management Department) regarding guidance, disciplinary procedures (warnings, suspensions),
resignation requests, and employee terminations.
#### **Mandatory requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
Active registration with the Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine (CRMV)

Food industrial processes (standardization, scalability, and loss control).
Sanitary and regulatory legislation (ANVISA, MAPA, state regulations).
Product development and specification (formulation, shelf life, labeling).
Food quality and safety management (HACCP, GMP, SOPs).
Temperature control and preservation in industrial and retail environments.
Packaging technology and thermal processing.
Internal and external audits (with focus on retail and high-volume operations).
Quality indicator management and data analysis for continuous improvement.
