Description

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for evaluating finished and semi-finished products, conducting dimensional tests, approving production orders, and ensuring quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed evaluation of finished and semi-finished products. 2. Conducting dimensional testing and quality control. 3. Internal communication for correction of non-conformities. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze finished and semi-finished products, evaluating their visual characteristics, identifying cylinder marks, hardness, stains, micro\-holes, engraving, contamination, flow marks, powder dispersion on laminates, and color variation during the manufacturing process. * *Perform dimensional characteristic tests on products, such as thickness verification, dimensional thermal stability, width, adhesion, perimeter, and weight — all in accordance with procedures specified in test methods, manufacturing standards, color, and finish — to assess final product conformity; adjust as necessary to correct deviations.* * *Approve and release completed production orders in logistics using the ERP system, as well as release setup and internal NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).* * *Collect samples of new products for color and finish standard creation by the laboratory, to conduct tests per the control plan.* * *Report any defects in measuring equipment, or any quality issues with products under production, or release of suspect non-conforming products, to the immediate Quality supervisor.* * *Maintain internal coordination with the PCP and Logistics departments for releasing completed OPs, collaborating with the laboratory for production order corrections, and with the Production department to resolve product and label issues.* * *Conduct spot checks in manufacturing areas, loading zones, and storage areas to ensure process standardization.* * *Participate in scheduled or ad-hoc meetings to identify root causes of non-conformities.* **Requirements:** Completed High School education; Mechanical or Chemical Technician qualification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant work experience. **Salary:** R$ 3\.100,00 **Benefits**: * Transportation Allowance (monthly deduction of R$ 10,00\) * Meal Allowance (monthly deduction of R$ 21,05\) **Working Hours:** Shift-based. **Employment Type:** Temporary (9 months), with potential for permanent conversion. **Work Location:** Factory located in Vila Paraíso, Caçapava/SP.
