This professional will be responsible for strengthening the quality culture, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guaranteeing excellence in our customers’ experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Optimize the customer experience by ensuring a high standard of quality for HINOVE products. * Coordinate the team and promote HINOVE’s corporate quality culture. * Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products according to control plans defined by the company. * Manage quality processes and drive continuous quality improvement, including developing and training personnel involved in quality management. * Identify, record, and classify product and process non-conformities. * Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions with teams to mitigate and resolve quality-related issues. * Develop and review work instructions, inspection plans, and operational procedures. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to certifications. **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS** * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering or related fields). * Proven experience in Quality or Industrial roles within the fertilizer industry. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Employment type: CLT + PLR + VA/VR + private pension + medical plan + dental plan + Wellhub (Pharmacy Benefit + Well-being Program (Pluxee Cuida)) **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Araraquara, SP, BR Full-time CLT On-site
