Job Summary: Lead the Quality Control team, identify and resolve issues, manage the laboratory, issue certificates, and handle supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier management and non-conformance handling **About the position:** **Main responsibilities:** * Lead the Quality Control team, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures; * Identify and resolve quality-related issues across all production stages (raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods); * Coordinate the handling of non-conforming materials and support decisions regarding process deviations; * Monitor and support investigations of customer complaints, including traceability; * Manage the Quality Control laboratory, overseeing tests and results; * Issue quality certificates for customers; * Participate in supplier management, including meetings and non-conformance discussions; * Monitor blocked materials and ensure proper handling with production; * Develop procedures, work instructions, and management reports; * Attend internal quality-related meetings; * Provide occasional support to operational shifts outside administrative hours. **✅ Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Packaging, Graphic Arts, or related fields; * Industrial experience (preferably in packaging, especially cardboard); * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, and functions); * Proficiency in PowerPoint; * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). **Work location:** Araçariguama – SP **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Salary:** Based on candidate expectations **Benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance * Pharmacy network agreement * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria * Meal voucher * Childcare allowance * Parking * Profit-sharing program Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
