Act preventively to reduce risks and ensure standardization and traceability of technical services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor field services in real time, validating evidence and ensuring technical compliance. * Review execution prior to completion, blocking releases when critical deviations occur. * Prepare technical reports on non-conformities and performance indicators. * Identify failure patterns and propose preventive corrective actions. * Support operational areas in the technical analysis of critical cases. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or Quality Management (completed or in progress). * Knowledge of auditing and quality control (intermediate/advanced). * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel). * Fluent Spanish (preferred). * Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and digital evidence analysis is desirable. **Competencies:** * Organization and time management. * Planning and task prioritization. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical ability and systemic vision.
