Identify and report any quality issues or defects in tractors, ensuring prompt and efficient correction. Collaborate with the sales and after-sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any product quality-related issues. Previous experience as a Quality Assistant, Junior Quality Analyst, Quality Technician, or Quality Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
