If you have experience, leadership spirit, and wish to work in a dynamic environment, this is the ideal opportunity for your career! **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the production team; * Monitor and correct potential operational failures; * Define production quantities; * Assist in production when necessary; * Register daily production in the system; * Generate sales orders and reports; * Manage inventory and identify raw material replenishment needs. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in **Food Engineering** or **Chemistry**); * Experience in production management or similar roles; * Hands-on team leadership experience; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Driver's license category B. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food industry; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Experience in team management. * Working hours: Monday to Friday \- 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Food Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Chemical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B
