Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise the production areas under your responsibility, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to production planning
Supervise production teams, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting technical and disciplinary development
Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, safety, and delivery deadline targets
Monitor industrial processes related to manufacturing, assembly, machining, boiler making, cutting, welding, painting, and other applicable production operations
Monitor and oversee the use of machinery, equipment, tools, and production resources
Identify and resolve operational problems, production bottlenecks, and process deviations
Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and industrial organization standards
Participate in production planning and scheduling together with PCP
Track production performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions
Ensure product and process compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and internal standards
Attend operational alignment meetings and report results to industrial management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience managing people in industrial environments
Knowledge of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen
Knowledge of quality tools.
