Dynamic operational and organizational tasks in production JOB: Production Assistant – Chemical Industry Location: Vinhedo / Louveira – SP Salary: R$ 2.300,00 Overtime allowance Hazard pay (30%): R$ 690,00 Gross total: R$ 2.990,00 About the position We are looking for committed and proactive professionals to work in the production area of a chemical industry, with a focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Main responsibilities Supplying production lines Weighing and preparing raw materials Handling liquid and solid materials Operating industrial equipment and machinery Transferring liquid and solid products Filtration and canning of paints and thinners Organizing and cleaning the production area Cleaning tools, equipment, and facilities Requirements Completed high school education Relevant experience, preferably in the chemical or food industry Basic computer skills Proficiency in calculations and raw material weighing Strong logical reasoning (a practical calculation test will be administered) Residence in Vinhedo or Louveira Availability Availability for overtime during weekdays and weekends as required Benefits SulAmérica health insurance (private room), fully covered by the company for the employee Dental insurance, covered by the company for the employee Individual life insurance paid by the company Meal allowance: R$ 700,00 Attendance and conduct incentive: R$ 165,00 Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) per the Chemical Workers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement: R$ 1.334,94 Overtime payment Desired profile Dedicated, proactive, organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility and safety Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.295,81 – R$2.984,55 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Profit sharing Work location: On-site
