Focus on Continuous Improvement and Sustainability **We are seeking a professional to work in the PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT area at Zaraplast.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Preparation and production of development samples. * Review of Quality test results for material release to customer approval testing. * Data collection (specifications, sample requests, production scheduling, and analysis results) in the system. * Sample collection at all stages of the production process. * Support for Senior Analysts, Engineers, and Development Project Leaders. * Control of warehouse requisitions for the Development department. * Collection, storage, and organization of documentation related to the Development department, particularly focusing on audit compliance. Digitization of physical documents into the system. * Preparation of technical reports and specifications for customers. * Ongoing evaluation of processes and procedures with focus on reducing delivery lead time and improving sample approval accuracy at customer sites. * The position may involve research, development of new applications, cost-reduction initiatives, and sustainability efforts. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ● Completed or ongoing technical education in: Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Materials / Polymer Technology, Graphic Technology, Product Design, or related fields; ● Basic experience and knowledge in development, quality control, or production. ● Basic knowledge of packaging quality standards and requirements; ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of polymers (plastics) or polymer material processing; * Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools. * Experience using Project Management tools; * Prior experience organizing documentation with focus on BRC audit compliance; * Preferably residing in the Jundiaí, Itupeva, or Cabreúva/SP region; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
