Strongly drive productivity improvements and cost reduction through these tools and the continuous improvement program. Identify production problems and their root causes to eliminate recurrence. Establish problem-solving strategies and propose continuous process improvements.* **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields such as Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Administration, Chemistry, or similar disciplines. * Experience in Continuous Improvement or related areas.
