Health and well-being guide our decisions. **#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Operate equipment in the CDI laboratory pilot areas; instruct laboratory assistants on equipment assembly and disassembly; and perform setup. * Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment in the area to prevent equipment downtime and ensure timely and correct execution of development tests per agreed timelines. Contact maintenance when necessary to support intervention and root cause analysis, thereby ensuring the quality of products under development. * Monitor and support departments involved in the equipment calibration plan for the area. * Support pharmaceutical technologists in executing steps involved in the development process—whether in the laboratory or production area. * Actively participate in area improvement programs by contributing proposals and actions aligned with program needs to enhance company processes. * Accurately complete area documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and Good Laboratory Practices. * Maintain organization of warehouses and control inventory spreadsheets for pilot plant materials, performing material consumption according to area workflow and segregating expired raw materials for disposal. * Monitor preventive maintenance on area equipment and execute tests on new materials and tools, documenting all performed tests to ensure traceability and test reliability. * Ensure preparation of sanitizing cleaning solutions by diluting and mixing concentrated solutions, and record solution compositions to guarantee traceability and obtain appropriate cleaning solutions for use. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed high school education. * Experience as a production operator (coater). **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience operating production equipment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry. * Experience with Fette coaters, fluidized bed dryers, granulators, capsule fillers, and bin blenders. **Additional information** **+ Additional details** Work location (base): Embu das Artes, SP Working hours: 5 days/week – Availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts. **For Libbs employees** * Applications accepted until **01/04/2026**; * Differentiating requirements may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in multiple internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for you!** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * 100% discount on Libbs medications; * Pharmacy benefit program – Vidalink; * PPR – Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical and dental coverage, and food assistance).
