Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for assisting customers, packing merchandise, organizing the store, and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace **Customer Service** * Assist customers, upon request, in transporting merchandise from the checkout counter to their vehicles; please note that accepting tips is strictly prohibited per internal regulations; * Demonstrate promptness and courtesy during customer interactions; * Take responsibility for assisting or guiding customers when they are searching for products or services within the store environment—especially when noticing signs of confusion or uncertainty; **Operations** * Be responsible for packing merchandise passed by cashiers, planning weight distribution among packages to prevent damage or discomfort to customers. * Ensure proper placement of items belonging to the same department, preventing mixing of food items with cleaning (chemical) products; * Collect and return shopping carts and baskets left at checkout counters to their designated locations; * Restock checkout stations with supplies (e.g., plastic bags, receipt rolls, etc.); * Assist cashiers during merchandise deliveries to prevent product buildup on checkout counters; * Help allocate, identify, and organize delivery boxes, verifying delivery slips; * When necessary, assist in restocking merchandise within the store; * Comply with all norms and procedures established in the company’s internal regulations; **Administrative Routines – Control and Workplace Safety** * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area, and safeguard company materials and assets; * Perform duties in accordance with ergonomic and occupational safety standards; * Carry out other tasks related to those described above, consistent with the role, skills, and responsibilities, as directed by your supervisor.
