Develop, analyze, and validate packaging development projects for Bombril products, complying with the company’s required quality standards and norms, ensuring competitiveness against rivals, meeting consumer market expectations and project briefs, as well as current legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, analyze, and validate packaging development projects for products, considering quality, practicality, and compliance with other criteria defined by the company, proposing modifications or rejecting projects when necessary; Conduct packaging improvement studies aimed at effectively meeting consumer market needs and preferences; Investigate ways to reduce packaging costs through research into alternative materials and new technologies; Perform compatibility testing, considering packaging materials and systems as well as product formulations; Maintain control within the integrated system over all raw materials used in packaging development and technical specifications for finished products; Develop storage boxes for products, taking into account height, width, and resistance requirements for each product type; Define the product palletization system to maximize storage efficiency; Establish strong relationships with suppliers, actively participating in packaging development stages; Approve trial runs for new packaging; Define and prepare specifications for finished products and packaging standards to be adopted by production, suppliers, and quality control; Identify and validate alternative suppliers for projects utilizing market-available packaging; Support other departments regarding the development of packaging equipment for the process; Discuss project feasibility with management and marketing teams; Critically analyze and discuss new packaging designs with production and engineering teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Design. Packaging production software such as AutoCAD and CAPE; Packaging development and applicability testing; Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
