Join our network too! \#vemprarede Conduct monitoring across service channels; Control reports and apply feedback Develop projects to improve service delivery and the work environment Directly oversee alignment of processes and procedures, and present management results Evaluate and monitor calls, and perform performance and agent development checklists Score and record entries in monitoring spreadsheets Provide information to enable supervisors to deliver feedback to operations staff Track changes and updates occurring in support tools Consolidate quality monitoring results and apply feedback **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
