Artificial Intelligence usage (cross-cutting and priority criterion) Adopting AI in the development workflow is a high-weight differentiator in this selection. We seek professionals who have already integrated AI into their daily work, not merely those curious about the topic. * Tools: Fluent use of coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) integrated into the editor/IDE and workflow. * Critical thinking: Ability to write effective prompts, critically review AI-generated code, and understand its limitations (no blind acceptance of outputs). * Application: Experience accelerating real tasks with AI: test generation, refactoring, documentation, log analysis, debugging, and prototyping. * Plus: Additional advantage: experience building features with LLMs/IA APIs (RAG, function calling, automations) or contributing to AI adoption within the team.
