More than delivering projects, we seek professionals committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Support analysis of material park demand to meet project requirements, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Offer alternative materials to those requested in engineering projects to fulfill demand, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Register materials within the project (network diagram), aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Request material code creation (SCM – Material Code Request), if the material does not already exist, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Execute material transfers for application in assembly and fabrication of projects developed by the management team, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Perform bulk updates and modifications to material information, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Respond to material lists, data sheets, and material requisitions from the projects department, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Issue/process material reservations for application in assembly and fabrication of projects developed by the management team, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Collect/process data for material disposal and/or handle insertable materials, aligned with the scheduled timeline; * Generate RTs (Release Tickets) for shipment of materials and/or project department personnel. **Technical Requirements:** * Industrial Technical Level; * Minimum 6 years of experience in projects for the offshore oil industry and production units; * Valid CRT (Technical Registration Certificate); * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Tools and Software:** * Microsoft Office; * Microsoft TEAMS; * SAP S/4HANA. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with FPSO/FPU, brownfield projects, and digital tools (Digital Twin, point clouds).
