Ensuring compliance with regulations for the transportation of hazardous goods A company in the chemical sector is seeking a professional to work as a **Transportation Logistics Assistant**, responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling cargo transportation operations. The professional will ensure on-time delivery, correct issuance and verification of fiscal documents, as well as compliance with safety regulations, particularly regarding the transportation of chemical products. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule and monitor pickups and deliveries; * Contact and negotiate with carriers; * Issue and verify transportation documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, NF\-e); * Monitor shipments and delivery deadlines; * Control freight costs and support freight rate table analysis; * Support route planning and cargo optimization; * Ensure compliance with regulations for the transportation of hazardous goods (where applicable); **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Logistics * Prior experience in transportation/logistics; * Knowledge of fiscal documentation and transportation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the chemical industry; * Experience working with carriers and negotiating freight rates; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
