Join us now and apply!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Customer Service** * Support customer service by providing basic information regarding orders, pickups, and deliveries; * Register requests and incidents in the system; * Route demands to responsible parties when necessary; * Support the team in maintaining agile and organized service. **Logistics Cost Control** * Enter and update data in cost-control spreadsheets; * Support the organization of logistics cost-related information; * Assist in verifying operational data. **Carrier Management Support** * Support operational communication with drivers and carriers; * Assist in sending pickup and delivery information; * Update tracking controls for logistics partners. **Logistics Operations Monitoring** * Perform basic monitoring of orders, pickups, and deliveries; * Update statuses in systems and spreadsheets; * Record operational incidents (RACs) per instructions; * Support identifying delays and notify leadership. **KPIs and Reporting** * Collect operational data for updating controls; * Support populating simple reports; * Organize information for departmental monitoring. Continuous Improvement * Support organizing processes and routines; * Suggest simple improvements based on daily activities. **Team Integration and Support** * Support administrative and operational activities within the department; * Collaborate with the team on day-to-day tasks; * Participate in training and learning routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** (O) Completed high school education; (D) Currently pursuing a university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; (D) 6 months of experience; (O) Mandatory; (D) Preferred.
