




Ensure the efficient, traceable, and sustainable return of materials, products, and packaging, promoting a balance between cost, legal compliance, and environmental responsibility. The Reverse Logistics Analyst is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing the entire product return flow—from commercial returns and damaged goods to waste disposal and reuse—ensuring that the process meets company standards and applicable legal requirements. * Plan and coordinate the reverse logistics process, covering customer returns, returns of non-conforming products, returnable packaging, waste, and recyclable materials. * Control and record commercial returns, evaluating reasons, values, and financial impacts on revenue and inventory. * Monitor the return authorization (RMA/RA) process, ensuring speed and traceability for each transaction. * Analyze and process returned products, identifying root causes (damage, expiration, order errors, contamination, etc.) and directing them according to internal policies (reprocessing, reuse, disposal). * Manage inventory of returned products, ensuring physical segregation, traceability, and system records (SAP/WMS). * Monitor reverse transportation, coordinating timelines and costs with carriers and evaluating return efficiency metrics. * Conduct cost analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities, proposing alternatives to minimize returns and optimize material reuse. * Generate management reports and dashboards on returns, waste, and reuse, presenting causes, values, and trends. * Collaborate with sales and production departments to align return policies, receiving standards, and prevention strategies. * Support internal and external audits by maintaining records and evidence of reverse process traceability. Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven prior experience in the role. Desirable: Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, TOTVS, Senior, or similar).
