If you are dynamic, driven, and wish to contribute to our company's growth, join RTT! **We have an opening for a Laboratory Assistant** Ensure quality control, safety, and efficiency in operations by using equipment to perform tests. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Control raw material and finished product quality through laboratory analyses; * Conduct product inspections in the laboratory to ensure compliance with quality standards; * Request raw materials from the immediate supervisor according to production needs; * Perform cleaning and sterilization of equipment and workbenches, ensuring suitable conditions for operations; * Test new raw materials to assess their viability in production; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Carry out assigned job duties while understanding and supporting continuous process improvement and applying all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: Academic background: Currently pursuing or completed a technical course in Chemistry; Experience: Rubber industry experience preferred, if available.
