Junior Research and Development Laboratory Technician \| Telêmaco Borba / PR We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to work in Forestry Research at the Forestry Biotechnology Laboratory in Lagoa. In this role, you will be responsible for performing laboratory activities related to Pinus and Eucalyptus tissue culture and supporting the company’s genetic improvement programs. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform plant tissue culture activities, including in vitro material introduction, bud and megagametophyte isolation, subculturing, and transfers between developmental stages. Carry out plant acclimatization and cryopreservation processes, ensuring quality and preservation of biological materials. Prepare solutions and culture media, and perform autoclaving of materials used in laboratory experiments. Monitor experiments, record results, prepare reports, and enter data into departmental systems. Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and appropriate conditions, adhering to safety procedures and standards. **Additional Information:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Work Location:** Lagoa – PR **Residence Requirement:** Telêmaco Borba or Curiúva Requirements and Qualifications Completed technical education in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Paper and Pulp, or related fields. Basic knowledge of bench-level laboratory practices. Knowledge of solution preparation, laboratory organization, and handling of laboratory equipment. Availability to work on-site in Lagoa – PR.
