Junior R&D Analyst

Description

Position: Junior R&D Analyst Description: We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with a technical profile to work in the Research and Development area, supporting product development processes, testing, technical documentation, and internal department coordination. Responsibilities: * Produce, control, and dispatch samples; * Support the preparation of technical data sheets, specifications, and technical documentation; * Send specifications and technical documents to customers and internal departments; * Provide support to the R&D Analyst in daily departmental activities; * Monitor product testing and process validations; * Request raw materials from inventory for testing and development purposes; * Ensure product development complies with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and standardization of products and processes; * Provide technical support to Commercial, Production, Quality, and other internal departments; * Work to improve accuracy in product development and increase conversion of samples and projects into sales. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or undergraduate program in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields; * Knowledge of technical documentation and production processes; * Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in R&D within the food industry; * Hands-on experience with industrial testing and process validation; * Knowledge of standardization and continuous improvement.
