Junior Quality and Process Analyst

We are looking for a **Junior Quality and Process Analyst** to support the organization, standardization, and sustainability of the company’s internal processes, contributing to the improvement of operational routines and strengthening a quality-driven culture. This role will play a key part in monitoring adherence to defined processes, establishing operational standards, and supporting departments in developing more efficient, clear, and structured routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, design, and update operational and administrative workflows and processes; * Draft, review, and standardize quality documents such as SOPs, ITs, and flowcharts; * Support the implementation and sustainability of defined processes; * Conduct internal process audits to verify compliance with standards and identify opportunities for operational improvement; * Audit and monitor the practical application of processes across departments, supporting adherence to defined standards; * Track operational KPIs and support departmental analysis; * Ensure organization, control, and timely updating of process documentation; * Collaborate with operational and administrative departments to disseminate established standards; * Support the implementation and sustainability of new processes and routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of process mapping and flowcharting; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Strong attention to detail and analytical ability; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactive, disciplined, analytical profile with strong attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of BPMN; * Experience conducting internal audits; * Experience in operational standardization; * Familiarity with mapping tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or Lucidchart; * Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments; * Knowledge of the 8Quali System **Additional Information** **Additional Information** **Location: Itajaí – SC** **Work Model: On-site** **Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour break).** **Our Benefits** **Meal Voucher and well-equipped cafeteria** **Rest area with freshly brewed coffee** **Zenklub with free consultations** **Education/language partnership program** **Unimed health insurance plan** **Bradesco dental insurance plan** **Itaú life insurance** **Workplace gymnastics** **Birthday Day Off** **Discount on Meu Rodapé products** **SESC membership** **Baby Kit for new parents** Meu Rodapé is an innovation-driven company at its core.
