Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel), PI Osisoft, Power BI and SAP; * Industrial experience in Chemical or Sugarcane-Ethanol processes; * Advantage: Knowledge of Statistical Tools, Programming, Process Simulation, Industrial Data Management and Mass and Energy Balance; * Proactivity, logical reasoning and analytical skills; * Communication and influencing abilities; * Must reside in the Guariba, SP region. WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE: * Practice safety every day! * Collect SSMA and process indicators; * Develop, update and continuously validate Operation Procedures and Standards; * Perform Mass and Energy Balances to monitor losses and opportunities; * Process data and, using Statistical Tools, analyze optimal operating points; * Monitor and track process performance; * Prepare Performance Reports and Failure Analysis; * Participate in 5S and Continuous Improvement programs; * Develop alternative suppliers; * Identify production bottlenecks; * Help monitor costs and propose improvements for reduction (e.g.: inputs); * Support the Production area regarding Controls, Processes and Procedures; * Monitor O.E.E.
