**Description** We are looking for a Junior Lab Analyst to join the Quality team at our facility located in São José do Rio Preto/SP. **Responsibilities and duties** Perform physicochemical analyses and laboratory tests on raw materials, inputs, paints, polymers, and finished products used in ACM production. Prepare samples and conduct resistance, adhesion, thickness, color, gloss, and other tests according to technical standards. Maintain quality control according to technical specifications and internal procedures. Complete technical reports and record results in the system. Assist in non-conformance investigations and continuous improvement of laboratory processes. Maintain laboratory organization and proper operation, ensuring equipment calibration and maintenance. Support production and quality teams with routine analyses and technical assistance. **Requirements and qualifications** Technical or higher education in Chemistry or related fields. Active CRQ registration. Industrial laboratory experience (paints or polymers) is desirable. Knowledge of technical standards and Good Laboratory Practices. Proactive, organized profile with attention to detail.
