Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance, soil care, irrigation, pest control, and operation of gardening equipment. Key Highlights: 1. General maintenance of gardens and green areas. 2. Soil and plant care, including planting and transplanting. 3. Basic operation and maintenance of gardening equipment. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **General Maintenance:** Mowing lawns, pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges, removing weeds, and cleaning garden debris. * **Soil and Plant Care:** Preparing soil (tilling, fertilizing, and pH adjustment), planting seedlings, flowers, and trees, and performing transplanting. * **Irrigation and Nutrition:** Monitoring soil moisture, watering plants, and applying fertilizers. * **Pest Control:** Identifying diseases and insects, and safely applying agricultural pesticides (organic or chemical). * **Equipment Operation:** Using and performing basic maintenance on tools such as brush cutters, leaf blowers, pruning shears, and hand carts. **Common Requirements:** * Technical knowledge of botany, landscaping, and plant types. * Good physical condition for manual labor and sun exposure. * Prior experience in the field (often required). * Basic understanding of safety practices when handling machinery and chemicals.
