Our goal is to deliver the best experience for you—respecting your lifestyle and promoting well-being. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate studies/MBA in Project Management is a plus; * Experience in project management and coordination (IT and/or business), preferably within IT consulting firms; * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders; * Proficiency in both agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, PMBOK); * Experience managing schedules, budgets, resource planning, and performance indicators (KPIs); * Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar; Note: Availability for weekly on-site work (once per week) in Rio de Janeiro - RJ ***Make it real*** At Capgemini, we unlock human potential through technology to build a more inclusive, sustainable, and innovative future.
