**Description** Assist in the development of new products, providing technical and operational support for laboratory activities, ensuring organization and execution of tasks according to R\&D department guidelines. **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in the preparation of formulations and prototypes, including material separation, weighing, equipment use and cleaning. Perform records of experiments and tests. Conduct physicochemical analyses under supervision. Participate in report preparation. Search for technical articles and references. Contribute to raw material and packaging testing. Keep the laboratory clean and organized. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields. Ability to perform practical laboratory activities.
