




The Industrial Process Analyst is responsible for studying, analyzing, and optimizing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. This role involves mapping workflows, standardizing procedures, analyzing performance indicators, implementing continuous improvements, and providing technical support to production areas. The analyst conducts tests and validations, monitors machine and method performance, and participates in projects focused on automation, safety, and productivity enhancement. Prior experience in industrial processes, continuous improvement, or methods engineering. Knowledge of process mapping, flowcharts, line balancing, and time-and-motion analysis. Experience with performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency, waste) and preparation of technical reports.
