Teamwork with agility, responsibility, and commitment **JOB: INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY OPERATOR** **Job Objective** Operate industrial washing machines to ensure correct item processing, hygiene quality, and compliance with production standards and deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate industrial washing machines * Load machines with clothes/linens * Remove and forward items to subsequent stages (drying/finishing) * Sort clothes by fabric type and washing process * Dose chemical products according to instructions * Monitor washing cycles * Ensure washing quality (cleanliness, item preservation) * Maintain workplace organization * Support production flow * Ensure proper equipment usage **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education * Prior experience in laundry or production is desirable * **Availability for physically demanding work (handling heavy loads)** * Willingness for operational work **Advantages** * Experience with industrial machinery * Experience in industrial laundry **Important Note** * This role requires **physical effort**, including lifting and moving heavy loads **Behavioral Competencies** * Agility * Responsibility * Commitment * Organization * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$1.950,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
