Description

Job Summary: Operates single-screw and twin-screw extruders to produce rigid PVC pipes and profiles, performing temperature control, maintenance, and calibration. Key Highlights: 1. Single-screw or twin-screw extruder operation for rigid PVC 2. Temperature control and non-conformance recording 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of the extruder * Operate single-screw or twin-screw extruders for rigid PVC pipe and profile production; * Control temperature and record non-conformances; * Perform cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance of the extruder; * Operate and calibrate the extrusion line; * Screw rotation speed and temperatures along the extruder; * Mold and calibrator assembly and calibration; * Haul-off speed and final cut-off saw parameters; * Relevant work experience required.
