We are seeking an **Executive Operations Manager – Insurance Segment (Hybrid: 2 days per week at client site in Rio de Janeiro – RJ)** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Manage insurance segment operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency * Develop and monitor financial forecasts aligned with corporate goals * Lead complex negotiations with clients to maximize value and relationship * + Lead and develop high-performance teams * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous process improvements Requirements: * Proven experience in **insurance segment operations management** (insurer, broker, brokerage, or financial services) * Demonstrated track record in **financial management**, including forecasting, budgeting, and results monitoring * Experience in **performance indicator (KPI) management** and operational efficiency analysis * Experience in **complex negotiations with corporate or strategic clients** * Strong background in **team leadership and development** * Knowledge of **insurance market processes, controls, and regulatory compliance** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging At Capgemini, you can be yourself.
