The role demands technical autonomy, regulatory process proficiency, and the ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision. Main Responsibilities * Managing environmental licensing procedures for waste transportation, renewals, and new projects with state agencies; * Supporting external environmental inspections and conducting internal inspections; * Full national-level MTR (Waste Transport Manifest) administration (issuance and receipt), including use of SINIR and SIGOR systems, as well as issuing DMRs (for generators and receivers); * Controlling and managing generated, received, and disposed waste; * Developing and reporting environmental KPIs and technical reports for clients; * Conducting environmental training for internal teams and third parties; * Issuing and managing documentation with IBAMA (RAPP, CTF, AATIPP, and TCFA); * Monitoring and ensuring compliance with environmental license conditions (LO and others) for both fixed and mobile operations; * Critically reviewing and controlling third-party environmental documentation (licenses, technical reports, legal compliance); * Issuing documentation for hazardous product transportation, per applicable legislation (federal, state, ANTT, and relevant standards); * Preparing work plans and technical reports. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * **Proven experience in the environmental field**, especially in waste management and licensing; * **Proficiency in Excel (mandatory);** * Practical experience with MTR, SINIR, and SIGOR systems; * Solid knowledge of applicable environmental legislation and hazardous product transportation regulations; * Ability to work autonomously, with organization and technical responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling hazardous waste; * Experience conducting environmental audits and serving corporate clients; * Experience interacting with environmental agencies and regulatory enforcement processes.
