Here at **Ascenty**, we are looking for an **Engineering Project Manager** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering** (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Production) * **Languages:** Advanced English and Spanish (preferred) * **Work Location:** Vinhedo/SP * **Working Hours:** Administrative – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Abbreviation:** ENG.PROJ.MGR. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the project master plan, ensuring project schedules from initial phase through handover to operations; * Conduct project schedule follow-ups with an interdisciplinary perspective, analyzing such schedules, diagnosing deviations, and proposing actions to accelerate deliveries; * Support contractual management by assisting departments in managing contracts related to implementation and ensuring integration of contract management information; * Consolidate information for project approvals, critically aggregating all necessary inputs for executive leadership and shareholder approval, while mapping project risks and mitigation actions; * Monitor CAPEX through consolidation of project disbursement data, consolidating forecasts and corrective actions related to project deviations; implement cross-departmental management actions to ensure CAPEX limits are not exceeded; * Report information, responsible for generating VP-level reports, ensuring uniformity and consistency of information; * Ensure dissemination of information at appropriate levels. **Previous Experience:** * Experience implementing large-scale projects in capital-intensive sectors; * Field experience in Engineering and Planning; * Experience in Project Management.
