Description
Industry seeks a professional with technical or engineering education (electronics, electrical, mechatronics, or related fields), experienced in the **Quality** sector, performing failure analysis and handling non-conformities **in the industrial area.**
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields;
* Proven experience in failure analysis and handling non-conformities;
* Knowledge of testing and maintenance of electronic equipment;
* Basic understanding of metrology and use of measuring instruments;
* Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems;
* Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Identify, record, and address technical non-conformities in products and processes;
* Conduct technical failure analysis (electromedical equipment);
* Perform tests, inspections, and validations to investigate deviations;
* Support the initiation and execution of CAPA (RACP);
* Ensure accurate completion of technical records;
* Ensure product and result traceability;
* Support internal, external, and regulatory audits and inspections;
* Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Technical Assistance teams to resolve issues;
* Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, RDC 665, and internal procedures.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Experience with medical equipment;
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 / RDC 665;
* Experience with CAPA, audits, and post-market activities;
* Basic/intermediate English proficiency.
