Main Stack PHP, Laravel, MySQL, REST APIs Seniority and Experience * Minimum of 6 years of hands-on development/engineering experience, including at least 2 years serving as a technical reference (senior level). * Proven track record of delivering production-ready projects, handling scale, performance, and maintenance of real-world systems — not just academic or personal projects. * Ability to work autonomously, make architectural decisions, and mentor less-experienced developers. Artificial Intelligence Usage (cross-cutting and top-priority criterion) Adopting AI in the development workflow is a high-weight differentiator in this selection. We seek professionals who have already integrated AI into their daily work, not merely those curious about the topic. * Tools: Fluent use of coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) integrated into editors/IDEs and workflows. * Critical thinking: Ability to write effective prompts, critically review AI-generated code, and understand its limitations (no blind acceptance of outputs). * Application: Experience accelerating real tasks with AI: test generation, refactoring, documentation, log analysis, debugging, and prototyping. * Plus: Additional advantage: experience building features using LLMs/AI APIs (RAG, function calling, automations) or contributing to AI adoption within the team.
