The professional will be responsible for prospecting and selling products, consistently pursuing customer satisfaction and attainment of established targets. Responsibilities: * Prospect new customers; * Serve and negotiate with existing and potential customers; * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions; * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system; * Achieve established sales targets; * Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Requirements: * Proven sales experience — preferably in the Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Results-oriented mindset and customer focus; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * Basic computer literacy and CRM system knowledge is a plus. This position is for PJ (individual contractor) hiring, with a fixed monthly fee of R$ 3.200,00 \+ 1.4% commission on net sales revenue.
