Our focus goes beyond blood collection: we aim to provide a welcoming experience, technical excellence, and attention to every detail. **Responsibilities** * Perform venous blood collection (adult and pediatric) * Assist in organizing the phlebotomy room * Verify patient data and sample identification * Support patient care with courtesy * Follow biosafety protocols and good laboratory practices **Requirements** * Prior experience in blood collection * Completed or ongoing technical course in nursing, clinical analysis, or related fields * Strong communication skills and empathy in patient interactions * Organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.258,95 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Experience: * Venous blood collection (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
