Evaluate architectural and complementary projects, ensuring technical feasibility, compliance with regulations, and structural quality. Develop and review execution schedules and construction budgets. Coordinate site supervisors, contractors, technicians, and suppliers. Monitor adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards set by the company. Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.
