In this challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities, ensuring process efficiency and quality. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor field activities according to the weekly progress schedule; * Plan and supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, targets, and established quality standards; * Comply with product quality requirements set forth by company standards and guidelines, whether based on performance or regulatory standards; * Monitor and control resources used in production, including labor, equipment, and materials; * Identify and resolve problems by implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure operational continuity. * Prepare management reports, tracking and analyzing production performance indicators; * Participate in meetings with management, presenting proposals for process improvements and updates. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Proven experience of 3–5 years working as a Production Engineer or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of planning and cost techniques. * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
